FAQ

Following are answers to frequently asked questions our clients have asked over time. If your question does not appear below, please contact us directly.

How do you differ from the Sage Accpac ERP support offered by Sage Software?

We will try to support any version of Sage Accpac ERP, even if a version has been retired (no longer supported).  We will answer any question about Sage Accpac ERP, covering technical support, training, Crystal Report® writing and customizations. We do not require our customers to be on a current ClientCare plan in order to use our services.

How does using your online support save me money?

Our plan rates are extremely competitive. Since our remote connection allows us to see everything on your screen, we are able to give you on-site advice at online prices. To hire a Sage Accpac ERP consultant would cost you substantially more, yet the result would be the same as using the skilled professionals at DaveConsulting for your accounting software support needs.

Can you help me with basic accounting questions?

Absolutely. We have a long history of experience with accounting software, not only installation and training, but with practical usage and operations.
Our trained consultants are users of all versions of the Sage Accpac ERP accounting software systems. They are intimately familiar with the everyday questions a bookkeeper or office manager might encounter.

Are you Certified Public Accountants?

No. We are accounting professionals who have extensive experience. You benefit because we are able to devote 100% of our time supporting your existing Sage Accpac ERP accounting software.

What services do you offer?

We offer basically two types of support service plan – Offsite (including remote access) and Onsite. Please click on the link to our Services page.
